This Privacy Policy explains how ToolMaxo (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.toolmaxo.com (the “Site”).
1. Data you enter into our tools
Most of our tools run entirely in your web browser. Text, images and files you enter are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to, or stored on, our servers.
A few tools download free open-source components the first time you use them: the Image to Text tool loads its text-recognition engine from cdn.jsdelivr.net, and the Background Remover loads its AI model from cdn.jsdelivr.net and huggingface.co. The YouTube Thumbnail Downloader shows images directly from YouTube’s servers (i.ytimg.com). These providers receive your IP address and browser details, like any website you visit, but never the files or text you use in the tools.
2. Information you give us
If you contact us through our contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address and message. Messages sent with the contact form are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. We use this information only to reply to you and keep it for as long as needed to handle your request.
3. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the Site to work, for example to remember whether you chose dark mode. Others are set by third-party services described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
4. Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are popular. Google Analytics collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
5. Advertising
We may show ads served by Google AdSense and other partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the Site (such as hosting, analytics and advertising partners), or when required by law.
7. Your rights

8. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
